You cannot beat this daily little wellness powerhouse! It's packed with immunity-boosting ingredients. It's anti-inflammatory and so much more.
Pull out your slow juicer or high-powered blender. You'll need a measuring cup, strainer or nut bag, funnel, small bottles, or an ice cube tray.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces fresh ginger (about 1/2 inch to inch in size)

  • 2 pieces fresh turmeric (about 1/2 inch to inch in size) *

  • 1 1/2-2 cups filtered water

  • 1 lemon cut into small pieces with rind

  • 3 cutie oranges ( remove rind)

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • Optional:

  • You may add 1 teaspoon of honey to your liking, and opting for Manuka or raw honey is recommended.

  • 1 tablespoon or less avocado, MCT, or coconut oil for better absorption

  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Directions

  • Place ginger, turmeric, and water in high powered blender and blend.
  • Strain the mixture with a small strainer or nut bag over a measuring cup
  • Place oranges, lemons, honey, avocado or choice of oil along with turmeric and ginger blend in to bender and mix.
  • Pour into the choice of containers. Small jars are ideal ( see the picture )

Notes

  • May store in refrigerator on a small baking sheet and drink daily 2 or more times a day.
  • You may also pour mixture into an ice cube tray and store in freezer for future use.
  • *BE CAREFUL turmeric does stain. Lemon may remove most staining on utensils.
