Ingredients

  • 4 salmon filets*

  • salt and pepper

  • 4 Tbsp red pepper jelly

Directions

  • Place the salmon filets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Top each salmon filet with 1 tablespoon of the red pepper jelly and spread evenly.
  • Roast the salmon until cooked through, approximately 12 to 15 minutes.
