Pull out your slow juicer or high-powered blender. You'll need a measuring cup, strainer or nut bag, funnel, small bottles, or an ice cube tray.
2 pieces fresh ginger (about 1/2 inch to inch in size)
2 pieces fresh turmeric (about 1/2 inch to inch in size) *
1 1/2-2 cups filtered water
1 lemon cut into small pieces with rind
3 cutie oranges ( remove rind)
1 teaspoon black pepper
You may add 1 teaspoon of honey to your liking, and opting for Manuka or raw honey is recommended.
1 tablespoon or less avocado, MCT, or coconut oil for better absorption
1 pinch cayenne pepper
